Pillow talk
The last time I needed a new pillow was when I moved house a couple of years ago. Stepping into John Lewis, I was intent on exploring the full range.
There were standard pillows, extra soft pillows, ones with a ridge for neck support, and extra expensive ones.
I tried a few out.
Stepping from pile to pile, I did my best to press my head down onto the top pillow and imagine what it would feel like if it didn't have plastic wrapping on.
The test lacked rigour to say the least and I was left feeling a little unsure.
In the end I went for a memory foam pillow. Just the one. It was £40.
I really like it.
